Tech Neck aging you?
Does tech neck or sun damage on your upper chest have you concerned? I've noticed for myself that this seems to be the year that my chest started to get some dark spots, proving that I wasn't quite as good at the SPF as I thought I was :-( So let's ask ourselves, "how often are you concentrating on the skin around your neck?"
Not enough? Or not at all? If you're still on the fence about adding a neck cream to your beauty cabinet, let's chat more to help you make your own decision.
The Hard Facts About Neck Care:
The skin on our neck is thinner than our face, and everything from how we sleep to gravity impacts us. Over time we lose elasticity, which will show on the neck first, yet, it is usually the area we all seem to skip.
Do I Need A Neck-Specific Cream or Serum?
Most face products can be used to treat the neck area, but because the neck is more easily sensitized, it's best to add to your routine slowly. Active ingredients, including Vitamin A, C, or AHA's, can be challenging for the neck and can be used over a more gentle moisturizer to help acclimate your skin. Many serums and products are dedicated to improving the neck and décolleté that help buffer ingredients so you can start seeing results faster than using products designed for the face.
