Ready, Set, Reset — Your Fall Skincare Shift Starts Here
What worked in July isn’t working now, is it?
It’s that time again— the air turns crisp, the humidity dips, and suddenly your dewy summer skin starts looking sad, thirsty, and lacking.
Your skincare routine needs to evolve with the seasons. As we move into cooler, drier weather, your skin is more prone to dehydration, barrier breakdown, and dullness. But don’t worry—we don't need a full overhaul, just a few tweaks to support your skin before winter comes.
Think of this as the cozy sweater version of your skincare. It’s time to swap out the light layers for more nourishing ones that protect, replenish, and prep your skin for the months ahead.
WHY SKIN GETS DRIER IN FALL
Dry Air = Dehydrated Skin
As temperatures drop, so does humidity—and with it, your skin’s moisture. Cool air + indoor heating = moisture evaporation, barrier stress, and increased sensitivity. Fall is the season for nourishment, barrier support, and a hydration-first approach
Let’s make the transition smooth (and glowy):
- Soften up your cleanser - drier skin types should transition from foam to milk
- Everyone should layer hydrating serums under everything
- Add a richer moisturizer to seal in hydration
- Fall is time for a skin resetting treatments with AHAs, Retinol, or Growth Factors
- EXTRA CREDIT: Pull out and start running your humidifier
